9 attractive qualities women look for in a guy by Rich Santos, Marie Claire on Mon Nov 24, 2008

Here are the nine characteristics we've come up with:

1. Sense of Humor: Everyone says how important sense of humor is, and I have learned look for it in women. I am lucky enough to be able to make women laugh, but I'm still super single.

2. Trustworthy: Trust is the holy grail of a relationship. It takes years to build it, and it is so delicate. There are few things that take so long to attain that can be destroyed so quickly. So a lot of us may finally settle on a very trustworthy person when we finally find that.

3. Kindness: This seems like a no-brainer, but I've seen plenty of girls stay with guys who don't treat them well. So, I'm thinking that most women look for a nice guy, but the fact of the matter is that mean guys seem to get girlfriends too-and at a better rate than nice guys.

4. Money: I admit it: I sometimes envision myself marrying rich and sitting there doing nothing. I could lie out on my wife's yacht and host lavish parties and hear about how crazy the Roaring 20's were, when my wife's friends were my age. Money is definitely high on a lot of people's list: remember when Anna Nicole Smith married that really old rich guy? I doubt it was because she thought he was hot, funny, or great in the sack.

5. Super Hot: As much as we hate to admit it, the first thing we notice about someone else is how good or bad they look. But one of the first lessons we learn in the dating world is as beautiful as someone is on the outside, they could be ugly on the inside.

6. Confident: Confidence is based on a lot of these characteristics. You are confident if you are talented, super hot, intelligent, or wealthy most likely. But confidence also enables you to treat people better, so you are kind and trustworthy as well. Because confidence includes so many of these other characteristic, it may just be the one major thing women look for in a man.

7. Talented & Passionate: When someone possesses a special skill, such as visual art or guitar virtuosity, they get tons of girls. People like Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and Tom Brady can go out with anyone they want because they are skilled. Heck, I'd go out with them. Usually skill occurs in tandem with passion, another attractive quality. When someone is really good at something, but not "hot," it makes sense that they can still attract a lot of women. It's less annoying to see someone like this in a relationship than it is to see a rich mean guy in a relationship.

8. Intelligent: I am intimidated by women who are more intelligent than I am (which explains why I'm intimidated by about 97% of the female population). For a lot of people, intelligence is sexy. When someone is stupid, it's frustrating and boring, which is enough to drive someone away.

9. Convenient: One can argue that convenience is a huge driver for a relationship. Does he live near you, is he "ready" to be in a relationship, does he want to have kids or not? Everything matches up correctly. Sure, he may not be the best-looking guy or have a lot of money, but it's just what you need and it's been a long, difficult search.

If we put these characteristics on a pie chart, what would get the biggest piece of the pie with you? Again, some of these characteristics occur together: intelligence and wealth, talent and passion, kindness and generosity, convenience and wealth.

How often do women care about superficial things like money? It's scary, but sometimes I fear that no matter how funny I am, if I had lots of money I could date any cute girl I wanted.

How do all of these characteristics shake out for you when choosing a boyfriend, and are there any you'd add to the list? Does confidence just take all of these characteristics into consideration?......Posted by Rich

Among all this, number 5: 'Super Hot' is in my first list although i am not a pretty woman but yet, i have to tell the truth from the bottom of my heart. I dont want to be a hypocrete women whom 'hide' their bad and 'show off' their body and outside beauty. I hate of kind this people. I am not a perfect human being but yet, i am who i am, and still trying to build my trust to my love one.

I must say, i love to read any articles from this web www.shine@yahoo.com cos the writers taught me a lot of thing in life, and create awareness in me that whom i should be trusted or not.

Aku bukannya apa. Aku boleh settle down bila-bila masa aku nak tapi aku takut aku rindu sambal belacan, mee kolok, laksa, ulam-ulaman, tom yam sup..banyak lagi.....fuh!!! kat mane aku nak dape jang oiiii>......lagi susah kalau nak cari 'manok pansoh' or ayam masak dalam buluh...

Kutujukan khas buat rakan-rakanku tersayang: Kak Ju, Kak Zura, Kak Sade, Juma, Effa, Ati, Taufik, Mahathir, Aqam, Amir, Afni, Gee...alamak terlupa kawan baik aku, KRISTO and lelaki sabahan...sapa nama ye ya...dah lupa..oopppp! Affendi...maap ya!!!

Mungkin setelah you all baca ayat-ayat omputih tu...you all paham dan lebih paham.

Aku mengaku, aku banyak buat silap. Setiap kesilapan yang aku buat, bukannya kehendakku sendiri tetapi ia datang tanpaku duga. Kenapa mereka suka mencari kesalahan orang lain, sedangkan kesalahan mereka dah menimbun pun.

Kawan or Lawan!!

Persoalannya, adakah kawan 'kamceng' sukar dicari masa kini? Teringat masa kecik dulu kat sekolah rendah, kawan berlambak bak pisang goreng panas, bagai cendawan tumbuh lepas hujan semalam... tetapi kini, masing-masing ada kehidupan sendiri... tinggal aku yang masih single... sukar nak meluahkan masalah yang sama waktu dengannya.. barangkali melayan kesibukan anak-anak dan suami, masa dulu berubah dalam sekelip mata.

Aku sering membezakan kawan dekat dan kawan jauh. Umpama lambaian daun kelapa di tepi pantai, menari melenggok-lengok apabila angin meniup sepoi-sepoi bahasa, bak cerita 'Che Timah Lenggang' di RTM2, lakonan AZean Irdawati dan Maimunah, walaupun cerita alam senja tapi menarik kerana ceritanya menarik tentang dua orang kawan rapat tetapi akhirnya, kawan sejati yang telah bersumpah sehidup semati, merampas teman lelakinya.

Kawan jauh jarang menyakiti hati kita namun, kawan dekat tetap dihati walaupun bukan kawan sejati. Menyampah!!!

Kawan VS lawan! Lawan kita sebenarnya datang dari diri kita. Masalah datang dan pergi, kita yang cari. Tapi kawan tetap kawan. Mungkinkah, kawan sejati sukar dicari pada zaman moden serba lengkap dunia ICT, globalisasi.. tanpa sempadan merentasi dunia oh!! dunia... ke benua antartika, menyeberangi lautan pasifik-artik...di situ, sukar dipercayai... orang tersayang rupanya jauh di sana...

Ha... moralnya di sini...seksa bercinta orang jauh... bila rindu je, peluk teddy bare..patung leppard lah, bermain dengan anak buah Damien & Natalie (4 yrs & 3 yrs), jalan-jalan beli sweet, Alamak...my dear sorry..too much talking.

Or do married restore it? Cinta itu buta kerana diri kita sendiri. Barangkali, bagi mereka yang belum pernah mengalami krisis cinta, susah le...den nak cerito..ewah!!aku belajar dialek Coweng Nogori Sombilan, Kak Juriyati... Tapi, bila difikir-fikir balik, Oiiiii!!!Kengkawanku, kalau bercinta nanti, share-share le story ngan aku. Bukan apa, sekadar nak mengumpul buat koleksi masa silam...kalau tak cukup, tak sodap lauk den, takde bicin dengan garam....

Do Women Make Many Mistakes than Men

Dearest My friends, anywhere...and everwhere...

Maybe not, maybe yes! For some reason, i will say yes, for myself. But not all the time. Other women too!. I dont want to say anything about men as we know that their world are very far different from women! Anyhow, anywhere, although he is belong to you, there is certain things you can't understand about your men. But remember, in certain reason, we are definitely known-well our own man. It should be or not, depending in how we judge them in what they done or not done yet!

I must admit it that i am too make so many mistakes. Last week for example, i can't control my anger cos my 'old' story reopen again. Deep in my heart, i was still wondering until now, that why do she was very busy and gossipp about me as i never border about her life. I Never 'disturbing her personal life'. Maybe in what our mother always remind and advised in her experience life story is always true that 'we can't stop people from talking but we can stop them by giving them a 'lesson'so that it would not happen to other. At least when we doing it, we can save so many innocent people that she create bad thing about her/his?

After i finish my assignment, my mind was thinking on how she dare and influence others to do teh same thing to me until they also 'join her group of gossip', and at the same time, the group is always 'hot topic' to talk. I still wondering too as she is consider a religious person? Do you do bad thing to other if you are the person who always follow the tagline of your 'gods rule, regulation and abide his laws?

My dear women friends,
Not all of us are doing the same mistakes in the same time and days. Some not!. Some do!. No matter how good your are but every women never left behind when gossiped is like 'goreng pisang panas?' or 'hot bananas'sold in the market like, Chow Kit, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman.or India street in Kuching city?.. Maybe, we can categorised them as No. 1, egoistic, No. 2, hypocrite, and No.3, hypocritical. This people will never get any lesson until they falling down one day and can't stand in their feet again, then they will realise, who are them in this wild world. By that time, we will know who is strong! who is your enemies! Or who is your friends.

Repend, ask ourself. But the best things is trying to forget and to forgot everything after what she done to you is quite difficult for me especially when the person always hurt you in his/her devil/jerk words everytime she get opportunities to do it.

So far, at the moment i still can be patience and i dont know how long i can do it, i just let the time to decide. For me, no matter how good or bad people do to you, let the 'GODS' decide who will go to 'heaven' or 'hell'. Maybe in his mind now, he was accounting in what i have said or in what i have done wrong to him. I will not say about it as i can only say, 'I AM ONLY A HUMAN BEING. NOT A PERFECT HUMAN BEING!!.

Kenapa Perlu Membiarkan Diri Kita Dikuasai Orang Sekeliling Kita?

Moralnya di sini, OOOiiiiiii kawan-kawan (sebut nama), you all kat mana????? Aku baru nak aktif balik kat blog setelah lama dari 'tido', dan sekarang, saya dah 'bangun' balik. Saya rindu nak jumpa you all.......

Can You Buy Happiness? Maybe

The most pages web i love to read is from Shine.yahoo.com. Why i love to read it everyday? Beside contain full of my needs and my information of knowledge in life, what can i say! When i like sometime, i like it very much (not including love someone cos human and reading is different kind of two different world). But, if i dont like the person, no matter how she/he persuade me on how or anywhere, i may say, 'sorry my friend', you're not in my heart lists of the person in my life.

My focus is, 'Can we buy happiness? Maybe. Ya... everyone have their destiny in life. But not all who want it what we want for what you have today. But the thing is i will say maybe yes! or maybe no!! Different people, different perception. You want her/him, but you can't have his/her heart because you love someone who is belong to someone else.

Perhap, life is not that too difficult as we are the one who create problem and messy our life. Nevertheless, without problem we won't be have experience in life as we can't learn everything from our parent unless we have to work hard for it , then we will understand what kind of the world we want to be.

Probably, happiness will come flow and blow at the same time, but when and where it happen, we still want to know or maybe the happiness is in ourself. Do we have to ask ourself just because we want to buy happiness????

Can You "Just Be Friends" with somebody you're attracted to

I was attracted to this line of words in one blog at yahoo. I am also among hundreds people who give my comment on the writers of the blogs. It keep recalling on me my past memories with one of my schoolmate while in level-2. His name is i should call Nelson A. I still remember his face and his smile until the last day he was study in my class, after he told me that he have to move to another town due of his parents transfer working to other place.

To all my friend tagged, i would like to ask all of you, that CAN YOU "just be friends" WITH SOMEBODY YOU'RE ATTRACTED TO? For me, in my past experience although you like him or her very much but remember, you cannot forcing somebody to love or like you, right?

What do you think? Do you still continue your relationship with her or him? Do you still want to be her/his friends after she/him rejected your love and broke your heart? We have our own answer in our heart and for those who still searching in what you're looking for, go and look for it. Knock the door, there is someone will open her/his door for you.

True friend will come in what you never expected to come. We doesnt knows that the person who like you very much and love you, but you cant love him because you already have your love, definetly, he is the one who can be your good listener, good friend and helpful when you need someone to talk too especially when you in trouble or massy problem.

True Love

Is that too difficult to find a true love in now days? Maybe, for certain people, it was. Maybe including me or you? We all have our mistakes and when we feel we want something more than that, probably it will hurt ourself or others.

True love will come from a true person who come just a friend and love will build itself without knowing when and how it may come. For me, true love will not come from the person you just knowing for couple of days and said, 'honey, i love you so much'. Doesn't exist at all and so ridiculous!

True love is the person you never invite in your life and it come truly, without saying anything and treat you just a woman you are, he love you because who you are, not the person who make trouble and sadness, tears every night to you.

There is thousand of true love in men and women but we can't identified them. The world is too big for me, and too small for those have true love.

Nevertheless, i believe my true love is watching and smile to me in one day, but not too fast or in short time but taking sometime because he also just a human being like me too!!!!!

Gossipped!!!

Sometime, life make our day so difficult. Meanwhile, your friend surrounding you always taking advantage by gossip a lot of thing that you dont understand on it or making other ridiculous stories in order to hurt and wounded you until they can satisfied their needs to see how your tears fall and you fall until you give-up on life should to be.

Everybody do their mistakes, and i believe mistake make me more mature, and understand what life should to be in future. If i can turn the clock, i wish i can think properly and make decision by taking all the risks and listen to whom close in my life (family) BUT NOT FRIENDS surrounding me.

Yes, i do agreed that we need friend in our life? But not here in this town in my work place. NO Way!!! Everybody need friends in our life but what is friend for you if your friend surrounding you, neither in work place or in your life are always gossip something bad about you! Yes, we cant stop people from talking about you. But, i must say, thank you to all my friend who are concern on me, neither friends who create bad thing on me, and all of you dont worry about it. I wont take any revenge but its make me realise who is my sincere and true friend.

Yes, i learn from my mistakes and my mistake open my eye who is with me or who is gossip on me, who is laughing on my failure on what i dont expeceted it may happen in my life in this stage.

To all my gossip friend, your turn will happen in future, and when you in trouble, believe me, the person you close too now, will disappear and far away from you. They only want to be friend with you when you are happy time, and not at when your crying time.

I am glad that i have a cousin, family and sisters who always give a full support in term of moral and personal on me although i feel really 'fall-down' from high bulding and 'alive after death' due of my mistake that i have recently.

From now onward, i realise family is the best of your friend when you in trouble. And i should thank for my family surrounding me here, because their words, their advises and their attention on me is always be with me. When i sad, when i cry and laugh, happy, they are the best person for you to share on it.

I am only a human being who trying her best to do the best in her life although WE CANT BE A PERPECT HUMAN BEING as gods. At least, we try rather than we dont!

LOCAL COUNCILS

Date: 26/03/2008 [WEDNESDAY]

Local councils in the country ought to review the current system of revenue collection so as to find effective system of increasing revenue which commensurate with continued satisfactory services to rate payers. SARAWAK Environment and Public Health Minister, Datuk Michael Manyin Jawong says the current Annual Rateable Value, ARV implemented in all councils except Johor Bahru seems not to be very effective in generating enough revenues for the councils. It also caused disastisfaction among rate payers some complaints of being over taxes while others are not satisfied with the various services provided. He points out that councils in Sarawak who have not review their ARV since 43 years ago, are the worst affected. Some smaller councils could not even cover their operating cost for the year. Consequently rendering his Ministry to fork in some six to eight million ringgit every year to cover such operating cost of the council's concerned.

Thus is it high time for them either to replace the currently Annual Rateable Value, ARV system with the Market Value, MV system or implementing both systems. MV had been successfully implemented in Johor Bahru Council and in many European Councils.
